Mission générale du poste :
The IT Demand Management Administrator is responsible for analyzing and managing Business, Offer & functional demands whatever to implement a new functionality or to optimize the existing one. He is responsible for leading, Planning and coordinating the delivery cycle for all IT, Third Parties/Suppliers and All business products/Projects (B2C, B2B, Cops, Sales, VAS, CVM, Digital, Roaming ) and others department such financial and Finance.
Taches Principales :
- Responsible for All functional demands and Project
- In charge of translating business Requirement in technical digital requirement
- Check the Technical feasibility of Any Offers before to submit it to IT, Supplier/ Third Parties based on technical background
- Administration of the DBSS Product Catalogue & Architecture impacts to ensure the overall coherence
- Ensure full objectives alignment between IT, Third Party /Suppliers and business in term of needs & plan
- Responsible for Functional demands alignment across IT Digital Demand and Projects
- Provide reports to Management and awareness all stakeholders during overall, Functional and projects lifecycles.
- Maintenance and follow up on “ADM” process with suppliers
- Make a successfully follow up of all Functional SRs/Projects and ensure it delivery on time
- Report any issue to between Business and Ericsson/IT to the Management
- Analyze and verify completeness of product and services demands as per agreed requirements formats and checklists
- follow up on IT demand by daily basis
- Plan, lead, Coordinate, develop and Optimise delivery activities within IT, Suppliers (feasibility, implementation, unit and integration test, user acceptance test, ready for services and deployment)
- Provide full support to Business, Suppliers and IT to address any problem
