Définition du poste / la mission générale du poste :
Lead the use of geospatial and business data to boost commercial performance and market presence. Build predictive and optimization models that support Marketing and Go-to-Market decisions. Turn insights into actionable growth and profitability initiatives. Act as a strategic bridge between Marketing, Data, Commercial and Network teams to create data-driven competitive advantage.
Taches Principales :
· Build and manage a geo-analytics platform (POS mapping, network coverage, market potential, competition).
· Develop predictive models (sales, POS inactivity, churn, local potential) to drive marketing performance.
· Identify high-potential or underperforming areas and recommend concrete business actions.
· Design advanced geo-performance dashboards (SIM sales, market share, ARPU, boosts, campaigns).
· Support Marketing in optimizing 5G/product/offer deployment by geographic opportunity.
· Coordinate with Data/IT to integrate internal (sales, network, customer) and external (demographics, competitors) data.
· Lead a small data team and promote a data-driven culture within the Marketing department.
Conditions d’Accès :
Diplômes & Formations :
Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Geoanalytics
5–8 years of experience in data science or business analytics, ideally in telecom or retail networks.
Strong exposure to marketing performance or commercial strategy.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects.
Compétences :

· Data & Analytics Tools: SQL, Python/R, BI tools (Tableau/Power BI),
· Geomarketing / GIS: ArcGIS, QGIS,
· Light Data Engineering: ETL, data integration, automation.
