Cloud Solutions Infrastructure Administrator

Main Tasks

• Install and configure new cloud customer’s solutions
• configure the Windows operating system
• Solve L2 and L3 incidents (bypass or definitive)
• Problem management
• Change management
• Contact and communicate with customers
• Ensure incident escalations to L3 and L4.
• Update incident tickets regularly.
• Elaborate investigation and intervention reports.
• Ensure remote interventions.
• Participate in the improvement of cloud customer’s solutions implementation.
• Identify and notify anomalies and non-conformities of cloud customers solutions and cloud platform.
• Supervise cloud platforms services.
• Participate in the improvement of cloud knowledge base.
• Follow-up and participate in updates and maintenances operation ensured by L3 and L4.
• Responsible for the evaluation of technical risks and map out mitigation strategies
• Develop new specs, documentation and contribute in the development of technical procedures and user support guides
• Research new technology advancements and conduct evaluations focused on optimizing and improving the cloud infrastructure configuration, performance, capacity, availability, and operational reliability.
