Position Overview
We are looking for a talented PowerPoint & PDF Designer to join our fully remote team. The ideal candidate is rigorous, detail-oriented, and eager to learn quickly. You will work on professional documents that require strong visual design, excellent formatting, and impeccable text accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Design and format PowerPoint presentations, reports, and PDFs with a professional and creative touch
• Apply brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all deliverables
• Use AI tools, PowerPoint, Canva, and the Adobe Suite to optimize design efficiency
• Understand client briefs and translate them into compelling visuals
• Respect strict deadlines and deliver error-free documents
• Collaborate with the team in English, both spoken and written

Requirements

• Based in the Maghreb region
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Suite, and familiarity with AI design tools
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (mandatory)
• High attention to detail: text accuracy, layout precision, and time management
• Ability to understand and anticipate client needs
• Professional mindset with a focus on quality and reliability

Nous recherchons un Designer PowerPoint & PDF talentueux pour rejoindre notre équipe 100% remote. Le candidat idéal est rigoureux, minutieux et capable d’apprendre rapidement. Il travaillera sur des documents professionnels exigeant un design soigné, une mise en forme impeccable et une parfaite précision du texte.

Missions

• Concevoir et mettre en page des présentations PowerPoint, rapports et PDFs de manière professionnelle et créative
• Respecter et appliquer les chartes graphiques des clients
• Utiliser les outils d’IA, PowerPoint, Canva et la suite Adobe pour optimiser la productivité
• Comprendre les briefs clients et les traduire en visuels percutants
• Respecter strictement les délais et livrer des documents sans erreurs
• Communiquer efficacement en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit

Profil recherché

• Basé dans la région du Maghreb
• Excellente maîtrise de PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Suite et familiarité avec les outils d’IA
• Très bon niveau d’anglais écrit et oral (obligatoire)
• Grande rigueur : respect des délais, précision des rendus et exactitude des textes
• Capacité à comprendre rapidement les besoins des clients
• Esprit professionnel et souci constant de la qualité
