Community Manager

Responsibilities:

• plan, create and execute content (canva, capcut, photoshop, ect.)
• Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Update and manage our WordPress website with new releases and content.
• Handle customer orders: process, confirm, and follow up on inquiries.
• Respond to customer emails, messages, and comments across all platforms promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

-Minimum 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related role.

-Experience with WordPress and online order management.

-Excellent communication and content creation skills.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
