Responsibilities of the position:

• Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure production meets established standards

• Monitor production processes to identify deviations and take corrective actions

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and implement necessary improvements

• Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility

• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of existing quality control processes

• Collaborate with the management team to set and implement strategic quality goals

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and performance

• Lead problem-solving and troubleshooting efforts associated with quality issues

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements

• Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to industry standards

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address and prevent non-conformance issues.

• Provide training and support to the quality assurance team and other staff

• Maintain accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis

• Produce written reports and make presentations on quality performance

The profile we seek:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a managerial position
• Preferably several years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the same or a similar category
• Understanding of QFS systems and experience with ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 standards
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English
