Customer Plus is a Fin-tech company that specializes in providing KYC solutions to financial institutions (“FIs”). Our digital solutions support the onboarding and maintenance of client records to meet FI's regulatory requirements. The company is headquartered in Toronto.

What we're looking for

  • Strong understanding of Saas sales process.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Strong and professional communication skills, written and verbal in English, coupled with great listening skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced tech companies, SaaS, or startups.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, leads and client interactions.
  • Prospecting outbound and inbound clients via phone, email, LinkedIn etc.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly quotas of qualified prospects and scheduled meetings.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives at targeted accounts.
  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter, and a result-oriented team player with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling, who understands the value and importance of targets and driving towards deliverables.
  • Schedule and complete product demonstration with prospect clients.

  • Lead and participate in all aspects of the sales cycle, including generating leads, driving opportunities, managing prospect relationships, and closing new business worldwide. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and reach prospects and an individual who has experience in B2B sales.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • A reliable internet connection is required.
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, English Language, or a related field.
  • Strong planning, researching, and organizing skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • 2 years of experience in telemarketing, preferably in IT Enterprise Software.
  • Flexible work schedule to adapt to target customers' time zones.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and relationship building skills.
  • Knowledge of computer programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • Self-motivated; able to function autonomously and as a team player.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Eager individual with a natural curiosity and a passion for learning.
  • Professional attire required for video calls.

Compensation package

  • Monthly Salary of 56000 DA
  • Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
