The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Marketing Manager to develop and execute our marketing strategies. This role is ideal for professionals with at least one year of experience who are eager to grow and take on leadership responsibilities. You will oversee campaigns from concept to completion while analyzing performance and shaping the company’s marketing direction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights, delivering actionable reports.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content (copy, visuals, video) in collaboration with in-house teams or external agencies.
  • Strengthen and maintain a consistent brand image across all communication channels.
  • Monitor industry trends and keep track of competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) in Marketing.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles (social media, email marketing, analytics).
  • Practical knowledge of tools such as Hootsuite/Buffer, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity, initiative, and a results-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Familiarity with content strategy and SEO best practices.
