Algerian Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibility:

1. Design Submission and review: AS A Bridge Between Chinese and Algerian Teams, BE Responsible for Technical Dislosis, Translation of Technical Documents, As Well a As Communication and Coordination With Department Such As Sonelgaz-Engineering, Stos, DPPEM, CREG, and CTC, To Promote The Technical Submission and Review of Projects.

2. Inspection Site: According to project requirements or leadership arrangements, collect information Needed for project design.

3. Project Proceeds: Connect with Local Algerian Suppliers and Assist The Procurement Department in Contract Negotiation and Signing.

4. Subcontract Management: Interface with Local Algerian Design Subcontrators and Construction Subcontrators, Assist the Procurement Department in Contract Negotiation and Signing, and Regularly Collect Weekly and Monthly Reports from subcontractors During the subsequent construction process.

5. Sther Tasks Assigned by Superiors.

Job requirements ：

1. Language Proficircy

1.1 English Professorcy: must be fluent in english listening, speaking, reading and writing, and be able to conduct specialical exchanges and email communications.

1.2 FRENCH PROFICIRCY: Proficient in French, Able to Communicate in Daily Work and Read and Write Professional Technical Documents. Able to Communicate Efficiently With Local Government Department, Partners and Local Employees. Able to Negotiate Cooperation Details With Local Suppliers in Algeria and Interpret Local Regulations and Documents.

2. Professional Skills

2.1 Electrical Expertise: Have Solid Basic Knowledge of Power Systems, Be Familiar with the Technical Specials of the Algerian Minister of Energy (Technical Regulation), and Understand International Electrical Industry Standards, Such as IEC (IEEE) Related Electrical Specials.

2.2 Software and Tool Application: Professor in Using Office Software, Enjoying in Using Auto-Cad and Other Electrical Drawing Software

3. WORK EXPERIENCE

3.1 Project Experience: Applicants with more than 3 Years of Relevant Working Experience As Electrical Engineers and Practical Project Experience in Designing 60kv and Above Power Distribution Systems Will Be Given Priority.
