Job Responsibilities:
Site Supervision: Responsible for on-site HSSE supervision, inspection, and guidance within the project area.
Hazard & Violation Management: Stop and correct violations of operating procedures, track identified safety hazards, implement preventive and improvement measures, and supervise rectifications.
Risk Mitigation & Emergency Preparedness: Identify risk and hazard factors within the scope of responsibilities, promptly eliminate discovered hazards, and maintain proficiency in emergency prevention measures.
Subcontractor Management: Responsible for inspecting, guiding, and evaluating the HSSE management of subcontractors, as well as proposing rewards and penalties.
Reporting & Documentation: Summarize and report weekly on regional management conditions, including special inspections on environment, fire safety, and traffic (delivered in electronic format or PPT).
