Your Role :
- Process projects in collaboration with Application and Research & Innovation and continuous project management.
- Technical management of the product range in order to reduce complexity in terms of the number of items.
- Discuss with and support the Technical Account Manager on customer-specific circumstances, recipe formulation and filling technology.
- Advise and support Sales in the selection of products and ensure quality and timelines during the entire Brief To Product (BTP).
- Identify gaps in the product range, ensure quality and timelines during the entire BTP process, establish and constantly update the product sub-range in collaboration with Product Management.
- Prepare and conduct customer visits and workshops.
- Taste developed products.
- Implement in-house and statutory specifications and guidelines on hygiene, HACCP, food safety, occupational safety and environmental protection.
Your Profile :
- University degree preferably in food science, chemistry, or a relevant discipline.
- Algerian Nationality is a must.
- 5-8 years of experience in Technical Customer Service, Sales or Research and Development (R&D) in the food & beverage or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English & French.
- Highly experienced technical expertise with commercial drive.
- Strong customer orientation, solution-driven.
- Dynamic and energetic business attitude.
- Computer proficient (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Team player with strong customer focus
- Problem solving/Analytical thinking
- Able to understand and convey the customer needs into business opportunities.
- No travel restrictions as the position will bring a great deal of travelling across the Maghreb Africa Area.
