Your Role
Conducting annual planning for the sales region and the respective top customers. Adapting forecasts for top customers.
Developing and implementing sales initiatives and implementing business unit initiatives.
Providing consistent support for all local customers and identifying and developing top customers in the area of responsibility with more intense relationship management.
Attaining the sales, turnover and profit targets as well as introducing suitable measures to counteract potential and actual deviations in consultation with the line manager.
Optimal and consequent usage of the digital systems and initiation of optimizations for a penetrating digitization of the business processes.
Encouraging procedural and organisational optimisations and implementing the corresponding measures in consultation with the line manager.
Ensuring and implementing customer projects and tracking sample and quote evaluation and contract status with intervention at the customer site where necessary.
Ensuring that complaints are processed in accordance with the requirements.
Your Profile
University degree
Experience in Sales in the food & beverage or related industry
No travel restrictions as the position will bring a great deal of travelling across the country
Strong customer orientation, solution-driven
Methodical, with ability to design and execute aggressive business development plans
Dynamic and energetic business attitude
Computer proficient (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Strong Business Writing skills.
Team player with strong customer focus
Problem solving/Analytical thinking
Able to understand and convey the customer needs into business opportunities
Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
Fluent in French & English
