What is the Global Graduate Programme & what do we offer?

It's a 18-months, fast-track to management with unprecedent international exposure that's geared specifically for high-potential individuals.

The aim of the program is to raise future leaders of BAT Finance Team! Our Finance Graduate Program will give you numerous opportunities to further develop your career by working in different spheres of Finance.
