This position leads all aspects of corporate financial performance, strategic planning, profitability delivery, governance, and group reporting within the market. The role provides direct leadership to the finance function and collaborates closely with cross‑functional peers to ensure strong financial stewardship. WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR ?
Business/Operational/Technical Results:
· Deliver accurate, insightful financial reporting and maintain a strong control environment
· Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory requirements, and Group reporting standard
· Provide high‑quality management reports and financial analysis to support decision‑making.
· Safeguard ledger accuracy and ensure timely reconciliation of key accounts
· Support Business Continuity planning from a financial governance perspective.
Leadership Results
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
· Accounting qualification with 5–7 years of post‑qualification experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, or financial management.
· University degree; advanced education (Master’s, Postgraduate, or leadership development) is an advantage.
· Strong understanding of SAP and financial systems, including sub‑ledger interactions.
· Solid commercial acumen and ability to partner effectively with non‑finance stakeholders.
· Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑management capabilities.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
· Knowledge of internal controls, financial policies, tax and VAT legislation, and corporate governance.
· Experience in change management or finance transformation initiatives is a plus.
