ABOUT THE ROLE / À PROPOS DU POSTE:
We’re a fintech startup building Algeria’s digital payment infrastructure. We’re looking for a rigorous, hands-on Marketing & Market Research Analyst to join us at an early stage.
Nous sommes une startup fintech qui construit l’infrastructure de paiement digital en Algérie. Nous cherchons un(e) Chargé(e) d’Études Marketing rigoureux(se) et opérationnel(le) pour nous rejoindre à un stade précoce.

WHAT YOU’LL DO / VOS MISSIONS:
- Conduct market studies and competitive benchmarking (e-commerce, fintech, payments)
- Map and profile target merchant and consumer segments
- Run field interviews with merchants and end consumers
- Research consumer behaviors and barriers to digital payment adoption
- Monitor competitors, social channels, and market trends and translate findings into actionable insights
- Coordinate with our marketing agency: brief them, review deliverables, ensure alignment with research findings
- Build clear, structured reports that drive real decisions
- Réaliser des études de marché et benchmarks concurrentiels (e-commerce, fintech, paiements)
- Cartographier et profiler les segments marchands et consommateurs cibles
- Mener des interviews terrain avec des marchands et consommateurs finaux
- Étudier les comportements consommateurs et les freins à l’adoption du paiement digital
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle et social listening et transformer les insights en recommandations actionnables
- Coordonner avec notre agence marketing : les briefer, revoir leurs livrables, assurer l’alignement avec les études terrain
- Produire des rapports clairs et structurés qui orientent les décisions

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR / LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ:
- 1-3 years of experience in market research, marketing analytics, or a related field
- Rigorous, curious, and delivery-oriented, you finish what you start
- Comfortable with Excel and structured data analysis
- Able to conduct qualitative interviews and synthesize insights
- Startup mindset. you execute, you don’t wait to be told
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en études de marché, analyse marketing ou domaine similaire
- Rigoureux(se), curieux(se), orienté(e) résultats, tu livres ce que tu commences
- À l’aise avec Excel et l’analyse de données structurées
- Capable de mener des interviews qualitatives et de synthétiser des insights
- Mindset startup. tu exécutes, tu n’attends pas
