Compensation & Benefits
● Fixed Salary: 100,000 DZD/month + performance-based commissions

Key Responsibilities :
● Call outbound leads and contacts daily to qualify prospects.
● Book appointments for our closing team with high-intent leads.
● Follow scripts and frameworks while adapting to prospect reactions.
● Manage follow-ups and reminders through our CRM.
● Collaborate with the sales and growth teams to optimize outreach.
● Share insights from calls to improve messaging and targeting.
Your Day-to-Day :
● Make 60–100 outbound calls/day (cold or warm leads).
● Use tools like our CRM and dialer to stay organized and efficient.
● Engage cold leads via phone and sometimes LinkedIn or email if needed.
● Pass qualified leads to the closers and support their pipeline.
● Hit weekly KPIs related to booked calls, conversations, and show-up rates.
Requirements :
● Proven experience in appointment setting or cold calling (B2B or B2C).
● Fluent English, excellent phone presence, and confidence.
● Hunger for performance: you love tracking numbers and beating targets.
● Comfortable with rejection — resilient and motivated.
● Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound workflows.
● Remote-ready with a stable internet connection and quiet work environment.
● Bonus if you've worked in sales teams selling marketing or digital services.
