Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to meet the company’s staffing requirements. The role ensures efficient and timely hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of the recruitment plan according to business needs
Source candidates through job boards, databases, social media, and recruitment agencies
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate evaluations
Conduct HR interviews and prepare candidate assessment reports
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Prepare recruitment reports and status updates
Ensure proper documentation of recruitment files
Support onboarding activities when required
Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and policies
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Experience in mass recruitment is an advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel
Good knowledge of recruitment methods and sourcing techniques
Strong communication skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes
Good interviewing skills
Ability to work under deadlines
