Key Responsibilities

General Site Management

  • Oversee all General Services operations at the Adrar site, including fleet, travel, accommodation, and facilities.
  • Ensure high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, and safety across camp and site facilities.
  • Plan and manage budgets related to site logistics, camp operations, and general services.
  • Supervise general services staff and contractors ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication with site department heads to address operational needs and priorities.

Fleet Management

  • Manage all site vehicles, ensuring proper utilization, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance.
  • Implement a vehicle tracking and scheduling system to optimize usage and reduce costs.
  • Monitor driver performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance expenditure.
  • Ensure vehicle registration, insurance, and documentation are up to date.

Ticketing and Travel

  • Oversee booking, issuance, and coordination of domestic and international travel for staff and visitors.
  • Manage travel vendor relations (airlines, agencies, and transport providers).
  • Implement travel policies ensuring cost control and policy compliance.
  • Coordinate travel schedules in line with site rotation and leave plans.

Camp and Accommodation Management

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the site camp, including accommodation allocation, catering, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Monitor camp capacity and ensure living conditions meet company standards and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with HSE to ensure health, sanitation, and fire safety compliance.
  • Address employee welfare issues related to camp facilities promptly and effectively.
  • Supervise catering contractors and monitor food safety, menu quality, and cost control.

Contracts and Procurement

  • Oversee service contracts related to catering, cleaning, transport, and accommodation.
  • Supervise the procurement of materials, supplies, and services required for site operations.
  • Ensure vendor performance evaluation and compliance with contract terms.

Reporting and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of fleet usage, travel expenses, and camp operations.
  • Prepare monthly reports on service performance, costs, and improvement actions.
  • Ensure compliance with Baladna policies, local labor laws, and HSE requirements.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in general services, camp or facility management, or site logistics in large-scale industrial, agricultural, or remote project environments.
• Proven experience managing fleet operations, travel coordination, and workforce accommodation.
• Strong knowledge of HSE, vendor management, and cost control practices.
• Fluency in English and French and/or Arabic preferred.
