Key Responsibilities:

1. Security Operations:

• Supervise security guards and ensure proper coverage across all sites (fields, camp, access points).

• Monitor access control systems, visitor registration, and vehicle entry procedures.

• Ensure consistent enforcement of security policies and procedures.

• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity or malfunction.

• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure site security.

• Support escort arrangements for expatriates, visitors, and VIPs during movements.

• Immediately report security incidents, breaches, or irregularities to the Security Manager.

2. Incident Handling:

• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies.

• Prepare incident reports with accurate details and timelines.

• Assist in investigations related to theft, security breaches, or misconduct.

• Ensure corrective actions are implemented at site level.

3. Safety Support:

• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations at site level.

• Support implementation of emergency procedures (fire drills, evacuation, etc.).

• Report unsafe situations and ensure corrective measures are applied.

4. Coordination & Communication:

• Coordinate daily with drivers, escorts, and camp management regarding movements and security arrangements.

• Ensure proper briefing of security staff at the beginning of each shift.

• Maintain effective communication with the Security Manager and other departments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum 05 years of experience in security operations, preferably in industrial, agricultural, or remote sites.

• Experience in supervising teams and managing guards.

• Basic knowledge of CCTV, access control, and security procedures.
