Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, including significant experience in category management and strategic sourcing.

• Strong expertise in supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement best practices.

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced analytical skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement category procurement strategies.

• Lead sourcing activities, tenders, and contract negotiations.

• Manage and evaluate supplier performance.

• Identify cost-saving and value-improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal departments to support operational requirements.

• Monitor procurement KPIs and mitigate supply chain risks.
