Main Responsibilities
Mission 1: Payroll Management (Custom BALADNA)
Verify the entry of personnel movements in the payroll software (onboarding/offboarding).
Check attendance records for headquarters and sites.
Manage variable payroll elements monthly and integrate them into payroll.
Calculate payroll in accordance with:
Algerian labor law
BALADNA internal policies
Group directives
Perform post-payroll analyses and reporting for management and the Group.
Maintain the legal payroll register in compliance with local requirements.
Mission 2: Social Contributions and Local Compliance
Ensure the processing and monitoring of CNAS, CNR, and tax contributions.
Complete various social and fiscal declarations, including DAC, DAS, 301bis, G50.
Prepare documentation required for audits and inspections (CAC, internal/external audits, etc.).
Mission 3: Payroll Claims, Reporting, and Group Coordination
Manage payroll-related claims while ensuring service levels meet BALADNA EL DJAZAIR standards.
Produce monthly payroll and headcount reports.
Provide specific reports requested by the Group (Rewards, Finance, Audit).
Participate in monthly and annual closing processes
Provide payroll support during internal and external audits
Contribute to HR projects and payroll digitalization (HRIS, SAP, SuccessFactors…)
Support expatriate management and salary transfers abroad
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes
Education and Professional Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4) or higher in Finance, Human Resources Management, Statistics and Planning, or Law.
Experience: 5 years or more in a similar role.
