The Data Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI and SQL-based data systems. This role will support cross-functional teams by transforming raw data into actionable insights, ensuring data integrity, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial control of operational activities (manufacturing, logistics, services, or projects).

• Monitor and analyze operational costs, margins, and productivity KPIs.

• Prepare monthly management reports focused on operational performance.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking processes for operations.

• Support pricing, profitability, and cost-reduction initiatives.

• Ensure accurate inventory accounting, valuation, and controls.

• Partner with operations managers to improve efficiency and financial outcomes.

• Implement and maintain internal controls within operational processes.

• Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting and company policies.

• Manage and develop operational finance and cost-accounting teams.

• Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting tools

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Professional certification (CPA, or equivalent) preferred.

• 5–10 years of experience in operational finance, controlling, or cost accounting.

• Strong understanding of operational KPIs, cost structures, and variance analysis.

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or project-based environments is a plus.

• Advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
