The Data Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI and SQL-based data systems. This role will support cross-functional teams by transforming raw data into actionable insights, ensuring data integrity, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial control of operational activities (manufacturing, logistics, services, or projects).
Monitor and analyze operational costs, margins, and productivity KPIs.
Prepare monthly management reports focused on operational performance.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking processes for operations.
Support pricing, profitability, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Ensure accurate inventory accounting, valuation, and controls.
Partner with operations managers to improve efficiency and financial outcomes.
Implement and maintain internal controls within operational processes.
Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting and company policies.
Manage and develop operational finance and cost-accounting teams.
Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting tools
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional certification (CPA, or equivalent) preferred.
5–10 years of experience in operational finance, controlling, or cost accounting.
Strong understanding of operational KPIs, cost structures, and variance analysis.
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or project-based environments is a plus.
Advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
