Join us and be part of shaping the future of agriculture and dairy in Algeria. currently seeking an experienced  Logistics coordinator  to join our Logistic team.

Main Responsibilities : 

• Coordinate and schedule daily transportation activities (inbound and outbound)
• Arrange, follow up, and monitor transport operations to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with transport providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure operational flow
• Track shipments from dispatch to delivery and provide daily updates
• Ensure all transport documentation is accurate and compliant (delivery notes, waybills, permits, etc.)
• Optimize routes, loading plans, and transport capacity
• Monitor and resolve transport-related issues such as delays, incidents, or documentation gaps
• Ensure transport activities comply with company policies and safety requirements
• Follow up on transporter performance and prepare related KPIs and reports
• Support cost control activities and identify opportunities for transport optimization
• Coordinate with warehousing, procurement, customs clearance teams for seamless operations                          

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of experience in transportation or logistics operations
• Knowledge of transportation regulations .

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of transportation operations and logistics processes
• Excellent coordination, planning, and time-management skills
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communication and negotiation skills with transporters and internal teams
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) /SAP ,
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to react quickly to operational challenges
• Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility
• Knowledge of safety, security, and compliance requirements related to transportation
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional departments
