Position Overview

The Finance Modeling Associate is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing financial models that support strategic decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, update, and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, scenario models, project economics).

• Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.

• Conduct variance analysis and evaluate business performance drivers.

• Analyze financial statements and operational data to support business cases.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather assumptions and validate projections.

• Prepare dashboards, presentations, and reports for senior management.

• Ensure data accuracy, model robustness, and compliance with internal policies.

• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize financial modeling tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.

• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling best practices.

•   Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
