Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and security procedures.

• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.

• Train staff on safety practices and emergency protocols.

• Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions.

• Oversee site access control and equipment safety

Key Requirements:

• Certification in Health & Safety (e.g. NEBOSH, NOSA).

• Knowledge of farm safety standards and legal compliance.

• Experience in risk assessments and incident reporting.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Security awareness and emergency response training.
