1.Position Mission:
Create, capture, edit, and produce high‑quality digital content to support the company’s internal training needs.
The Digital Content Creator plays a key role in transforming training sessions, technical demonstrations, and internal expertise into videos, visual assets, animations, and LMS‑ready content to enhance employee learning and development.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Video & Audio Capture
Film internal and external training sessions (classroom, field, technical demonstrations).
Set up, configure, and operate audiovisual equipment: cameras, microphones, lighting, accessories.
Ensure high‑quality sound and image capture in various environments, including industrial or outdoor settings.
Record key pedagogical moments for training modules.
B. Editing & Post‑Production
Perform full video editing: cutting, sequencing, transitions, audio cleanup, color correction, titling.
Produce different formats: full‑length videos, short clips, learning capsules, teasers.
Add subtitles, technical annotations, overlays, diagrams, and graphic inserts.
Optimize videos for smooth delivery on the LMS and internal platforms.
C. Motion Design & Graphic Creation
Develop 2D/3D animations to explain processes, procedures, equipment, or technical concepts.
Create visual templates aligned with the company’s brand identity.
Design infographics, diagrams, icons, and other pedagogical visual assets.
D. LMS Content Production
Prepare and format videos for LMS integration.
Develop short learning modules, micro‑learning sequences, and structured digital content.
Collaborate with the Sr. Manager to support digital training pathways.
Ensure all content is optimized for performance, size, and compatibility.
E. Equipment Management & Continuous Improvement
Maintain the audiovisual equipment inventory.
Identify technical or creative improvements and propose new production methods.
Implement internal standards for video and digital content production.
Stay updated on digital learning trends, new tools, and creative techniques.
3. Technical Skills
Strong expertise in video production: framing, lighting, sound recording.
Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Motion design skills using tools like After Effects or similar software.
Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva…).
Good understanding of digital content formats for LMS platforms.
Ability to work in industrial or agricultural environments when capturing footage.
Knowledge of e‑learning standards (SCORM, xAPI) is a plus.
4. Behavioral Skills
Creativity, visual sense, and storytelling ability.
Strong organization, independence, and time management.
Adaptability to various shooting conditions (indoor, outdoor, machinery).
Team‑oriented mindset and excellent communication.
Reliability, discretion, and respect for internal confidentiality.
Ability to transform technical content into clear, engaging learning material.
5. Candidate Profile
Degree in audiovisual production, multimedia, design, or digital communication (Bac+2 to Bac+5 or equivalent).
1–3 years of experience in digital content creation, video editing, or multimedia production.
A portfolio of relevant work is required (videos, motion design, graphic content).
Experience in industrial, technical, or training environments is a major asset.
English proficiency preferred (for subtitles and documentation).
6. Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Technical and creative quality of produced videos.
Timely delivery of content and adherence to deadlines.
Number of LMS‑ready digital assets produced.
Satisfaction from the Training department and internal trainers.
Contribution to the improvement of digital learning standards.
Impact on the modernization of internal training content.
7. Role Characteristics
Cross‑functional collaboration with trainers, technical experts, HSE, and operations teams.
Shooting in classroom, field, workshop, or machinery environments.
End‑to‑end creative production: capture → edit → finalize → publish.
Key role in the company’s digital transformation of training.
