The Data Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI and SQL-based data systems. This role will support cross-functional teams by transforming raw data into actionable insights, ensuring data integrity, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reporting platforms.

• Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.

• Conduct data validation and troubleshoot discrepancies in reporting outputs.

• Support ad hoc data analysis requests and provide insights to guide strategic decisions.

• Document data sources, logic, and workflows for transparency and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.

• Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).

• Strong SQL skills (T-SQL, PL/SQL) and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

• Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP BW or ABAP is a plus.

• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory or other cloud-based data tools.

• Certification in Microsoft Power BI or related analytics platforms.

• Background in the dairy, FMCG, or manufacturing industry is advantageous
