Key Responsibilitie:

• Monitor crop performance and field conditions.
• Recommend fertilizers, pesticides, and farming practices.
• Conduct soil and plant sampling for analysis.
• Support field teams with technical guidance.
• Keep records of agronomic data and report findings.
• Ensure best practices for yield improvement and sustainability

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or Agriculture.
• 2–5 years experience in crop production and field advisory.
• Knowledge of soil health, crop nutrition, pests, and diseases.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
