The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing and maintaining effective relationships with external institutions and governmental authorities. The role involves coordinating administrative procedures and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements through regular follow-up with public institutions.
Ensure coordination and follow-up with governmental institutions and external authorities.
Handle administrative procedures and official documentation with public organizations.
Maintain strong working relationships with government entities and administrative offices.
Submit and follow up on official requests and administrative files.
Support the company in obtaining permits, authorizations, and official documents.
Ensure proper filing and tracking of administrative records.
Provide regular updates on the status of administrative procedures.
Perform frequent travel between Algiers and Adrar to manage administrative tasks and follow-ups.
Support the administration department in daily operational activities.
Diploma in Administration, Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in administrative roles is an advantage.
Good knowledge of administrative procedures and government institutions.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Good command of Arabic and French (English is a plus).
