We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Deli Brahim.

Role Purpose

The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the brand with franchise partners while managing the overall brand, coordinating, and supervising the responsible markets’ strategies such as executing the Marketing calendar, tracking overall brand health measures, and driving consumer research and insights. He/ she promotes the brand, business, services, and products while develop marketing and pricing strategies, generating new business leads, overseeing marketing department staff, managing budgets, and analyzing trends.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate and work with stakeholders on both, yearly strategy creation and advertisement creation to drive sale, accelerate the brand’s growth, and launch campaigns or any existing communication.

· Develop and execute a rolling 24-month marketing calendar for KFC while managing the menu, product mix and the growth strategy.

· Present monthly and quarterly performance and market overview to senior leadership while tracking daily sales and ensuring quick actions and turnaround are implemented if required.

· Work with franchisor to continue strengthening KFC brand through positioning and activations and be the brand custodian to ensure that all guidelines are implemented in the country.

· Work closely with franchisor team to ensure product innovation for the country and execute strategy across calendars.

· Drive a consumer immersion program, interact with consumers, and obtain proper insights to develop on-going consumer understanding and drive Advertising.

· Track Brand Health, develop action plan to launch all new products while tracking competitors and conducting the needed analysis. Assist in recruiting, training, motivating, and evaluating his / her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base, and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications

7 + years of experience in marketing, leading international brands with Deep knowledge in digital marketing and ecommerce

Fluency in English and French

Proficiency in MS Office
