To oversee the financial operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, optimizing financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis. The Finance Manager will play a key role in budget management, cost control, and financial planning to sustain the organization’s growth and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounting, reporting, and cash flow.
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, tax laws, and financial standards.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to leadership.
  • Oversee billing, revenue cycle, and receivables management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Implement effective internal controls and risk management practices.
  • Provide financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, investments, and cost-saving measures.
  • Supervise and guide finance team members, ensuring accuracy and professional growth.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, external stakeholders, and healthcare regulators.
  • Support digital transformation in finance (ERP/financial systems, automation, dashboards).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s or CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
  • 7+ years’ finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role — preferably in healthcare, hospital, or large service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare finance models (billing, insurance claims, revenue cycle management).
  • Proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Excellent knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
