Job Summary – HR Operations Manager
The HR Operations Manager is responsible for leading HR assessments and strategies, coordinating recruitment, and developing robust people management systems, policies, and practices. The role oversees administrative and HR support functions across the Business Unit, including office and facilities management, policies and procedures, travel, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Group HR to implement HR best practices and strategies.
- Lead HR and talent management functions, including labor relations, employee relations, compensation, and diversity programs.
- Provide consultative services to management and employees on policies, problem solving, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Design and deliver HR training and employee development programs.
- Manage performance management processes, salary reviews, and incentives.
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure confidentiality of employee data.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, issues, and development plans.
- Support HSE initiatives and integrate safety awareness into HR processes.
Job Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma preferred).
Experience & Education
- Minimum 8 years total experience, with at least 5 years relevant in HR operations.
- 2 years GCC experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
