Finance Manager

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join our team in Algeria. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in managing financial operations and leading teams. This role is perfect for a proactive professional holding at least a Baccalaureate degree, ready to take on a managerial position on a fixed-term contract or mission basis.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.

• Lead the accounting team to maintain accurate financial records and statements.

• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.

• Coordinate with auditors and prepare for financial audits.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize company performance.

• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk assessments.

• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Exigences:

• Minimum of 6 years and up to 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.

• Baccalaureate degree or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, or related fields.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles in Algeria.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Effective communication skills in English and preferably French or Arabic.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
