Operations Coordinator

Description

Altaproc is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support international sourcing and procurement activities across North Africa. The role combines technical, commercial, and operational responsibilities, working closely with industrial customers, global manufacturers, and internal sourcing engineers. It is an excellent opportunity for graduates who want to build a career in international procurement, supply chain, and industrial business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from quotation to final delivery.

• Liaise with international suppliers regarding quotations, technical specifications, production status, and delivery schedules.

• Prepare commercial documents including quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation.

• Monitor order progress, supplier performance, and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure timely execution of business activities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Process, Petroleum, Civil, etc.) or Business (Management, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines

• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Professional proficiency in French & good command of English

• Interest in industrial procurement, international trade, and supply chain operations.

• Previous experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain is a plus.
