Introduction/Purpose (provide a brief explanation of the purpose of the position)

The Business Manager will be responsible for managing and developing team / partners with the goal of achieving Sobi’s objectives, drive market shares and accelerate Sobi portfolio growth with optimized resources.  In parallel, the chosen candidate will also develop key stomer relationships, new opportunities and contact strategies to ensure we have clearly defined partnerships with mutually aligned deliverables and to ensure best in class in market execution to accelerate the growth off our products in Algeria , as well as leading marketing responsibilities within area of responsibility

Major/Key Responsibilities (list essential job functions in order of priority)

 Ø  Responsible for achieving sales objectives through the team / partners by developing through motivation, counseling, skills development, and product knowledge development.

 Ø  Provide high standards of ongoing coaching/support for the team / partners so that they possess sufficient medical and technical skills to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner. 

 Ø  Consultation about recruitment & hiring & selection of proper candidates whenever requested.

 Ø  Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with key opinion leaders and contacts with other relevant agents.  

 Ø  Local distributers follow-up and Management across countries.

 Ø  Provide genuine feedback to others on their performance. Help others identify & prioritize their development objectives.     

 Ø  Consultation about Annual performance management & make accurate evaluations of people’s cAPA et SOBI bilities & fit

  Ø   Collaborate effectively with peers, stake holders & partners across the organizations to positively impact business results.

  Ø   Identify & evaluate growth opportunities to maximize business growth.

  Ø   Guidance about individual goals and long-term development plans for team / partners , support their initiatives (project work, interaction with other departments and regional teams / partners , etc.) to improve their skills and prepare for new roles in the company.

  Ø   Align the company's strategy with the team / partner’s work plans and ensure its full implementation in the region.

  Ø   Build and implement on the territory Action Plans to increase the effectiveness of the regional team / partners in accordance with the Company's marketing strategy.

  Ø   Maintain highest ethical standards and work in a spirit of Code of Ethics, following rules & norms set by corporate policies

  Ø   Monthly reporting to Regional Director & Senior Management of Sales, stocks & consumption, YTG forecasts, updates on running action plans

  Ø   leading marketing responsibilities within area of responsibility

  Ø   Achieve Sales Targets and Sobi’s objectives for key drive brands.

  Ø   Planning and forecasting for sales figures

  Ø   Team / partners development, readiness and well prepared.

  Ø   Listing of products in key accounts while optimizing commercial conditions.

  Ø   Business development of Sobi’s Portfolio across the territory

  Ø   Guiding and supporting the team /partners in planning and achieving CRM KPIs & Key accounts plans.

  Ø   Leading marketing responsibilities within area of responsibility.

Internal:

Cross Functions Sobi MENAT and local affiliate management

Global & International brand teams

 

External:

External Partners and Distibutors within assigned area of responsibility and appropriate required relationships with agreed local market access stakeholders.

Local opinion leaders and decision makers including local patient organisations
