As part of our growth, we are looking for 2 Process Engineers to join our manufacturing team in Bordj Bou Arreridj.

Your Mission

Optimize production processes, improve manufacturing efficiency, and ensure stable, standardized operations while meeting production and quality targets.

Your Main Responsibilities

Process Optimization & Production Efficiency

• Monitor production processes, cycle times, line balancing, and output to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Optimize workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve productivity and production efficiency.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze production defects and process abnormalities, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve process stability, and maintain quality standards.

Technical Support & Process Control

• Maintain and update process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flow charts.

• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with established procedures.

Production Support & Reporting

• Support new product introductions, production trials, and process changes.

• Monitor process performance indicators and prepare regular reports on production efficiency and improvement actions.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in manufacturing or production processes is an advantage.

• Knowledge of process optimization, line balancing, and manufacturing quality standards.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with Production and Quality teams.

• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.
