Responsibility Description:

  • HELP TO PLAN AND IMPLEMENT KEY PROCESSES, AND BEST PRACTICES TO ENSURE THE LOCAL OPERATION MEETS ALL DEPARTMENT AND BUSINESS TARGETS

  • WORK CLOSELY AND EFFECTIVELY WITH ALL RELATED TEAMS WHEN NEEDED IN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT ALL B2B ORDER ARE DELIVERED AT A HIGH STANDARD AND IN TIME.

  • IDENTIFY AND WORK WITH THE HEAD OF B2B OPERATION TO IMPLEMENT CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES TO INCREASE IMPROVED CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS EFFICIENCY

  • DENTIFY FUTURE TRENDS THAT WILL IMPACT HOW WE OPERATE AS A FUNCTION

  • BUILD A POSITIVE AND TRUSTING RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR B2B PARTNERS AND EVOLVE THE SERVICE TO ENSURE A FANTASTIC CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • HELP MANAGE THE B2B PARTNER TEAM MANAGE AND INVESTIGATE ANY INCIDENTS RAISED IN RESPECT TO OPERATIONS

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Demonstrated and relevant managerial experience

  • Proven experience working within a B2B company (at least 2 year)

  • Strong understanding of the B2B business

  • Highly structured and an analytical thinker, able to simplify complex projects and connect the dots quicker than most

  • Well organized know how to create checklists and ensure all boxes get ticked

  • Natural problem-solver, excited by getting stuck into the detail

  • Quickly identify what needs to get done, prioritize and focus on execution

  • Excellent team player with proven project management capabilities

  • Engaging communicator, comfortable presenting your findings to senior management with the ability to positively influence decision making.

Professional Knowledge:

  • Be able to speak either Chinese or English.It is better to be able to communicate in French.

  • Have active awareness and good learning ability.

Business Skills:

  • sales manager,Sales experience is required for this position,
  • better to have worked in carrier,
  • can take over the work immediately after entry, the main work is daily customer visits and relationship maintenance,
