Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team.

The role focuses on developing and adapting visual materials that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations, ensuring premium execution across all platforms in line with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Visual Development

• Receive and adapt initial designs and advertising material from HQ.

• Create engaging visuals for social media campaigns.

• Design POSM (Point of Sale Materials) for retail execution.

• Develop event branding materials for product launches and activations.

2. Campaign Adaptation

• Adapt campaign visuals across required formats and platforms.

• Ensure premium execution aligned with brand identity.

• Deliver all online and offline materials within required deadlines.

3. Project & Resource Management

• Manage timelines and ensure project milestones are met.

• Organize and maintain design files and creative resources efficiently.

• Coordinate with suppliers and production teams when needed.

4. Innovation & Collaboration

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative idea development.

• Contribute innovative concepts and campaign ideas to strengthen GTM strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Experience in social media design, POSM, and event branding.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Creativity, innovation, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills.
