supervisor coordinator will assign field team members to their geographical operations, schedules, and appropriate working plans national wide.

supervisor will travel to different regions and cities of the country, and will have to do reporting (achievements, strengths, and weaknesses of the field team).

supervisor Coordinator will support the Field team to improve and track their progress by creating plans and strategies while following through to ensure they have implemented agreed-upon instructions and methodology.

Supervisor Coordinator will submit daily reports to the project manager explaining the fieldwork constraints in all cities and suggest solution.

Supervisor coordinator will maintain field rules and responsibilities, ensure representatives adhere to the rules.

Responsibilities for Supervisor Coordinator

Supply trainings for the field team

Create fieldwork planning for the team, by city and region.

Ensure adherence to procedures, fieldwork processes, and methodology.

Plan, organize, and manage activities of field team.

Make sure each field team member fully operational and performing properly their daily tasks.

Supervise field team and ensure a quality of data collecting.

Ability to travel in all Algeria's regions.

Requested qualifications for Field supervisor.

Minimum 02 years of fieldwork experience in Field /Census

Good skill of English
